Detailed introduction
Lead edge feeding unit
◇ Vacuum adsorption front paper, frequency conversion control air volume, paper stable and accurate.
◇ The whole machine automatic zero system, storage of common orders, quick order change, convenient operation.
◇ Dust removal device, in addition to electrostatic brush, can remove the paper surface dust, improve the printing quality.
◇ The whole process of vacuum adsorption, combined with the ceramic paper delivery wheel transfer system.
◇ Optional: servo front edge, pressure-free lead edge system.
Printing unit
◇ The whole process of vacuum adsorption, combined with the ceramic paper delivery wheel transfer system.
◇ Frequency conversion adjustment adsorption wind force, but also according to the length of the cardboard automatically adjust the switch of the air valve.
◇ Closed scraper with ceramic mesh roller, to achieve high dot precision printing, scraper uniform force, simple adjustment and maintenance.
◇ Left and right baffle, rear bracket are computer control, precision guidance mechanism, smooth displacement, with side shot function.
Slotting unit
◇ Slot knife wheel form: double knife single axis type.
◇ Alloy steel material after heat treatment and grinding of serrated slotted blade, with good hardness and toughness.
◇ Press line wheel, blade seat horizontal movement, phase adjustment, reset can be computer control (automatic or manual) electric control, replacement quickly.
◇ The upper and lower knife linkage, with the slot positioning function of the cutter, to ensure that the knife seat left and right adjustment and synchronous movement, separate the lower blade, convenient maintenance and replacement, and prolong the life of the cutter.
Die cutting unit
◇ Equipped with imported quick change polyurethane adhesive pad, easy to replace, with one-way clutch as line speed compensation function, can ensure that the adhesive pad worn after the cardboard is completely the same.
◇ Working die-cutting rubber pad drum mechanical spiral left and right automatic transverse movement (± 20mm), so that the incision knife mark is not repeated, prolong the service life of the rubber pad.
◇ The gap between the rubber rollerand the die-cutting roll adopts pneumatic control, normal paper delivery when the rubber roller drops to work ◇ slotted knife wheel form: double knife single axis type.
