1. Removable unit, up adsorption, cardboard down printing type.

2. Can be directly connected to the corrugated board production line, save the process of paperboard face down to need to turn over to printing.

3. Can be directly connected to automatic die cutting machine and automatic binding machine to realize integrated linkage production of printing, glazing,auto die cutting and binding.

4.Can be directly connected to up folding type automatic gluing machine, automatic stitching machine.

5. Can be directly connected to slotting unit, rotary die cutting unit, waste paperboard cleaning machine and automatic stacking machine, so that the stacking of paper can directly to the semi-automatic stitching machine, semi-automatic gluing machine， saving the process of traditional printing machine need to turn over the printing surface.

Detailed introduction

Paper Feeding Unit
◇ Paper front edge positioning, vacuum adsorption, frequency conversion adjustment of air volume, increase the stability and accuracy of cardboard delivery.
◇ Front baffle, side baffle, rear bracket are computer control, precision guidance mechanism, smooth displacement.
◇ Send paper rubber roller wrapped imported soft rubber, durable, rubber shaft fast change mechanism, convenient equipment maintenance.
◇ Single paper delivery function (continuous or split paper delivery can be selected as needed).◇ Beat up the device to make the cardboard stack more neatly.
◇ Optional: pressure-free front edge paper delivery system.

Printing Unit
◇ Vacuum adsorption, ceramic wheel transfer, printing under the cardboard.
◇ Printing phase, version roller horizontal computer control.
◇ Electromagnetic braking mechanism, when the machine table separates or adjusts the phase, the braking mechanism limits the gear rotation, to maintain the original gear position fixed point.
◇ Pneumatic double diaphragm pump, ink supply, stable circulation, simple operation and maintenance, ink filter screen, filter impurities, stainless steel ink tank.

Slotting unit
◇ Slot knife wheel form: double knife single axis type.
◇ Alloy steel material after heat treatment and grinding of serrated slotted blade, with good hardness and toughness.
◇ Press line wheel, blade seat horizontal movement, phase adjustment, reset can be computer control (automatic or manual) electric control, replacement quickly.
◇ The upper and lower knife linkage, with the slot positioning function of the cutter, to ensure that the knife seat left and right adjustment and synchronous movement, separate the lower blade, convenient maintenance and replacement, and prolong the life of the cutter.

Die Cutting Unit
◇ Equipped with imported quick change polyurethane adhesive pad, easy to replace, with one-way clutch as line speed compensation function, can ensure that the adhesive pad worn after the cardboard is completely the same.
◇ Working die-cutting rubber pad drum mechanical spiral left and right automatic transverse movement (± 20mm), so that the incision knife mark is not repeated, prolong the service life of the rubber pad.
◇ The gap between the rubber roller and the die-cut roller is controlled pneumatically. When the rubber roller drops to the working position, and the rubber roller will automatically rise when the paper feeding is stopped.
◇ Mode-cutting roller lateral computer control, electric adjustment, amplitude adjustment ± 10mm.
◇ Rubber pad correction mechanism, increase the number of rubber pad use, reduce consumption.
◇ Fast moving paper delivery ring, fast and convenient.
